Purchase - Conveyancing For Buyers

As your conveyancer, we will review the draft contract provided by the seller's conveyancer and make any necessary amendments. We will read through the information provided by the seller’s conveyancers and report to you.

Exchange of contracts

Once both parties are satisfied with the contract terms, they will exchange contracts.

Completion

On the completion day, the buyer's conveyancer will transfer the purchase price to us. We will ensure that you will receive the keys to the property.

Registration

We will register the transfer of ownership with the Land Registry and pay any applicable stamp duty.
